Gendered Cheese

This morning while the kids were at school, I took the childless opportunity to go to Walmart for some serious grocery shopping. We're out of EVERYTHING, so I knew it was going to be a big one (and it was... $378.42 to be exact!). When I picked the kids up from school, I was telling them about all of the things that I bought. Annabelle was asking me to list specific things so I did... "... waffles... milk... raisin bread... sweet potato fries... new chicken fingers that look like onion rings... grilled cheese..." She stopped me at grilled cheese and said "I don't like girl cheese. When you don't like girl cheese, you eat boy cheese. And when you don't like boy cheese, you eat girl cheese."

I guess I need to pronounce "grilled" better. :)
