My New Hair

I've been wanting new hair for a while now. It's been the same for so long, and I've been trying to grow it out, but, well, that takes time. So, I thought about chopping it all off to look like this Julia Styles haircut that I've been holding on to forever just waiting until I was thin enough to pull it off, but then I thought that I'm liking my hair long right now, especially with working out so much and being able to put it in a ponytail. So... then I thought, new color!

I scheduled a few hours with my hair chick today, and went in to basically just let her do whatever she wanted to it. I told her that I wanted something a little bit edgy, fun, and young. And something different! I love the way it turned out! I haven't had dark hair for a while because it doesn't seem to work well with my skin tone during the winter, but I think the blond chunks make all the difference in the world. We decided to keep it long, but she did shape it a bit, thinned it out, and gave me some thicker bangs. Then in the spring, I'll revisit the Julia Styles cut. But... until then... I love my new hair to go with my new bod!
