Breaking Out Ruby

Tonight I broke out Ruby, my acoustic guitar. Lately Annabelle has been showing an interest in playing. So far she likes to play twinkle-twinkle little star and to drop my picks in the sound hole. After everybody went to bed tonight I did some recording. My audio is here, recorded with garage band. Maybe someday I'll figure out how to upload audio to YouTube.

Anyone know this song? It is one of the best obscure Pumpkins songs ever, recorded in 2000, and one of my favorites. The lyrics are here. It's the kind of song that inspires. I decided to play it because I see they are playing it now on their European tour.

p.s. I named my guitar Ruby before Ruby the programming language became popular so don't go there. :)

Too funny .. I used to love to drop picks in my dad's guitar when I was a kid :) It was equally fun to watch him shake them out.
