Mine!

In just the past week or so, Annabelle has started saying "mine". She isn't doing it in a nasty way, but rather to tell me that she understands that something is hers. She will either say "my" or "mine" too... very cute! It's funny to me that she picked up "mine" because I don't think that I say that very often. I will usually say "Mommy's" or "Annabelle's" or "Baby's", but hardly ever do I say "mine".

The other night she found a pair of my sunglasses and also had a pair of hers handy, so she came to me and handed me my sunglasses and said "Mommy's" then she showed me hers and said "mine". :) It amazes me that she understands ownership in that way. My little baby is growing up so fast!
