It's Time to Potty!

For a few weeks now, I've been planning to buy a potty for Belle because she's been showing some signs of being ready to try one. On quite a few occasions, she's grabbed her diaper and said "wet" when it seemed like she was telling me that she was going to be wet, not that she was wet already. However, I wasn't positive about whether she was pre or post "wet"... until today...

This afternoon Erica was over visiting so we were all chatting in the living room, and Belle kept trying to get our attention. She started pulling her shirt over her head and eventually took it off (Annabelle, not Erica). Then she layed down on the floor and grabbed her diaper and kept saying "wet". Grammy wasn't sure what she wanted, so she took off Belle's shorts. Then Belle kept telling her "diaper" so she took the diaper off too. Annabelle was excited to be free and started running around the room all naked. Then, before we knew it, Erica was saying "Um... Annabelle just peed on the floor." So... apparently Annabelle was trying to tell us something. I don't know that she's going to be potty trained in the next month (or even the next few months) or anything, but I guess we'll be going out to buy a potty for Bellee soon so she can at least start the potty training process.
