My Last Supper

My final meal before starting the Biggest Loser contest tomorrow morning consisted of Taco Bell, Dr. Pepper, and half a bag of Watermelon Sour Patch candies! Yum!

Keith and I went today and signed the family up for a local gym. We didn't actually work out today, but we both had to be there to sign up so now we're officially members and I'll be there bright and early tomorrow to get my body numbers measured and hit the treadmill (or whatever cardio machines I end up on)! I'm so excited to be getting back in shape again!

Good for you guys! I'm telling you the gym is what really helped me. It's an hour or more of kid free time to work on yourself :) Plus, I would see other people doing things and think "I can do that." Good luck!
