Overheard While Halloween Shopping

So I was at Target shopping for Halloween costumes in the Halloween costume aisle (go figure) the other day and I overheard this conversation between a mom and her preteen daughter:

Mom: What do you want to be for halloween?
Preteen: Hannah Montana
Mom: Everyone is going to be Hannah Montana. You should be something more original.
Preteen: Yeah.
-Pause while they look at a few costumes-
Mom: Hey... you should be a witch!
