A Food Breakthrough!

Tonight I FINALLY found something healthy that Belle will eat (today anyway)... Weight Watchers Lasagna! It's loaded with carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, and it's healthy. :) I know she doesn't need the low-fat part of it, but look at the great veggies... plus she willingly eats it! She must've been hungry tonight too because she ate a bunch of pieces of chicken and some corn, then when I sat down to eat my dinner (the lasagna, of course), she wanted it so I let her try it and she must've eaten at least half of it! Yea!

Also, Belle has been very anti-babyfood for a while, but I still have a couple of containers of it in the pantry and today around lunchtime she went in and grabbed one of the containers and said that she wanted it, so I switched the container of fruity dessert that she'd grabbed for a container of squash and she fed herself most of the container! Double-veggie cha-ching day! I can only pray that every day is this great in the world of getting Annabelle to eat veggies, but who knows... tomorrow she might decide that she doesn't like any of the things that she loved today.
