Yea for Fancy! Last Saturday I got to see her get her MBA diploma from FIT! She's been done with classes for a while, but due to the end date of classes in Oslo (she was an exchange student for her last semester) she missed the cutoff for December graduation and is now officially graduated! She did a great job and walked across the stage with grace and beauty! We're so proud! Congratulations Jill! (See the pictures of Jill's big "Cinco de Graduation" day.)
Beginnings... Belle's First Day of Swimming Lessons
Annabelle had her first swimming lesson today. She didn't do too much today... pretty much just got in the water, got used to the instructor, and learned to find and hold on to the sides. She was held upright by the instructor the whole time, and I don't think she even got her hair wet. We had some freaky weather today, so it was VERY windy and a bit cool by the late afternoon, so she also got cold quickly. The lesson is only supposed to be 10 minutes anyway (10 minutes/day, 5 days/week for the rest of the month), so it seemed like she was in and out in no time. She did cry a bit, but I'm not surprised. She was kinda freaked out that Mommy was just handing her over to this stranger to play with her in the water, but as soon as she was back out the tears stopped and she didn't seem scarred for life. :) We'll see how tomorrow goes and report further later.

That's a beautiful picture of Belle! It's much easier to see features of both of you in her face now...

10 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and the first thing to do is show her and let her hold on to the side. Thanks! :)
