Start Spreadin' the News...

We leave for NYC in the morning! We'll only be in NY for a short layover on our way to Milan, but it will be the middle of a LONG day! We leave from Birmingham with layovers in Cincinatti and NYC, then on to Milan where we rent a car, drive to a smaller airport in Milan to find Jill, then on to our villa on Lake Como in Italy!

Annabelle is SOOOOO much better! Thank you for all of the kind comments! Since she's gotten better, she has just exploded in the learning department! She is now clapping (with excitement and to music), she's waving hello and goodbye (at first I thought it was just a fluke, but she does it nearly every time now!), she's stepping from one piece of furniture to another, she's crawling under things (when I'm sitting on the floor leaning back against furniture, she'll crawl between me and the furniture or under my legs or something), she is signing "more" (does this similar to clapping) and "all done" (she does "all done" just like Leah does... like she's fluttering her wings), she is showing signs of loving music more and more (she loved playing the piano with her grandmama and is stuck like glue to a maracca that grandmama has), she is throwing things pretty darn far (this can be good and bad... but right now it's cute), and she is able to get her finger food into her mouth nearly every time now. :) So many new things in just one week, dispite the few days of down time! Whew!

Well... off to bed... LONG day tomorrow!

P.S. My brother-in-law's band, Heartland, released their new full-length CD "I Loved Her First" (named after their hit song) Tuesday! If you're planning to buy it (or downloading it on iTunes), try to do so this week so that it debutes high on the charts right off the bat! There are some great songs on the CD, even if you aren't a huge country music fan. My favorite is "You"! Also, their song is now at #2 on the country billboard charts! Congratulations Jason!!!

Thought you were coming through Atlanta? Regardless, I hope you have MANY safe flights- I'm at the airport in Oslo- FREE INTERNET! Which is great, but with NO power outlets, this fun won't last long! See you SO soon!
